Salary:Â $80,000 - $95,000 annually + MyShare Equity Program

The Talent + Rewards Analyst provides the People Function with reliable, actionable talent and rewards analytics. This role owns recurring talent metrics, including weekly headcount reporting and monthly and quarterly HR reporting, including L&D, demographic (DEI) metrics and annual talent review, succession planning and performance management process analytics. Beyond producing reports, the Analyst interprets trends, identifies meaningful insights, and recommends where leaders and the People Function should focus attention.
The role also supports Total Rewards work, including compensation benchmarking exercises led by the Director, Total Rewards. Success in this role requires strong data discipline, analytical curiosity, and the ability to turn HR data into clear recommendations and practical action.

What you will do:
· Produce and maintain recurring headcount, HR hygiene, and DEI-related reports.
· Analyze workforce data to identify trends, anomalies, data-quality issues, and areas requiring attention.
· Turn findings into clear recommendations for People leaders and stakeholders.
· Use ADP HRIS reporting capabilities to support reliable, repeatable People analytics.
· Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and use Excel to perform detailed analysis.
· Support compensation benchmarking and related Total Rewards analysis.
· Identify ways to use Glean and AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and generate useful analysis.
· Support talent reviews and succession planning by organizing relevant data and surfacing talent strengths, gaps, and succession risks.
· Analyze performance review completion and rating distribution trends to help inform People and leadership priorities.
· Support the annual merit review process by preparing manager submission templates, reviewing proposals, highlighting exceptions, and tracking spend against budget.
· Ask the next question when the data reveals something unexpected or important.

What you bring
· Experience in HR analytics, People analytics, workforce reporting, compensation analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
· Strong Excel skills and experience working with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI.
· Ability to interpret data and communicate what it means, not just present the numbers.
· Strong attention to detail, organization, and respect for confidential employee information.
· A curious, practical mindset and the confidence to investigate, challenge assumptions, and make recommendations.
