Roles and Responsibilities

  • Have a Safety 1st mindset.
  • Operate various types of material handling equipment including reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, order picker and forklifts.
  • Unload and receive shipments from suppliers while verifying order accuracy.
  • Pick and stage orders for outbound shipments.
  • Check outbound orders for accuracy.
  • Load trailers with product for delivery.
  • Perform miscellaneous general warehouse duties as necessary.
  • Crosstrain into other departments.

Your Profile / Qualifications

​ Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of Reach Truck experience (HAZMAT experience preferred).
  • RF Scanner, WMS or SAP experience.
  • Ability to read and complete work-related instructions in English, including safety procedures, product labels, shipping documents, and warehouse system transactions.
  • Able to work overtime on an as needed basis.
  • Good math skills.
  • Experience with handling chemicals a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20 - $23 per hour.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
