We’re hiring a dedicated Car Wash Attendant to ensure our vehicles meet the Hertz Gold Clean Standard. If you take pride in your work and enjoy working outdoors, this role offers a great way to grow your career while keeping our fleet in top shape.

The starting wage for this position is $16 per hour plus benefits and incentives

What You’ll Do:

Vehicle Prep: Perform service and maintenance checks to ensure vehicles are customer-ready

Clean Standards: Wash and detail vehicles to meet Hertz Gold Clean expectations

Lot Operations: Transport vehicles throughout the lot and maintain organization

Fluid Checks: Ensure fuel and fluids are topped off and meet standards

Adaptability: Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Customer Satisfaction: Support a clean and professional environment for every rental experience

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 20 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or GED required

Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Eligible to work in the United States
