Job DetailsJob Location: NCC - Romulus, MI 48174Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 Hourly#ST2022 Facility Services Staff Special Tree Rehabilitation – Romulus, MI Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Great Benefits | On-Call Rotation Special Tree Rehabilitation System is seeking a dependable Facility Services Staff member to help maintain our NeuroCare Campus in Romulus, MI. This hands-on position is responsible for keeping our buildings, grounds, and equipment safe, functional, and well maintained while supporting our mission of providing exceptional care. Schedule: Full time 40 hours per week Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects Maintain buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas, including snow removal Complete preventive maintenance and equipment repairs Coordinate with outside contractors as needed Prepare client rooms and assist with facility moves Participate in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule Follow all safety policies and complete required training Qualifications Valid Michigan driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience in facility or building maintenance preferred Working knowledge of general maintenance and repair Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service Why Join Special Tree?
