Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint

• Perform high-quality refinish work

• Color match and blend panels

• Maintain quality standards throughout the repair process

• Work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Communicate with production staff to keep repairs moving

Qualifications

• Previous automotive collision painting experience required

• I-CAR or OEM training is a plus, but not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Pride in producing high-quality work

• Team-first attitude

• Valid driver's license
