Shipping Associate – Herbal Products – Cedar Bear Naturales

Location: 1407 E 200 N, Roosevelt/Ballard, Utah
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay: Based on experience

Cedar Bear Naturales, a Utah-based herbal supplement manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping Associate to oversee the daily operations of our shipping department for our 100% alcohol-free dietary supplements.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual who can help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a positive team environment. Prior shipping and supervisory experience desired. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive our quality products in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily shipping department operations
  • Handle order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and shipping accuracy
  • Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and cycle counts
  • Ensure shipments are processed accurately, on schedule, and according to company standards
  • Support other shipping and production team employees
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Work closely with management and other departments to improve workflow and efficiency. Reports directly to the Office Manager
  • Help resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer order concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality control practices
  • Follow company policies, including signing an NDA and becoming familiar with the Employee Handbook

Qualifications

  • Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or inventory systems preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, walking, and repetitive motion during shifts
