Ecolab is seeking an Assembler III to join our team in Roscoe, IL. As an Assembler III, you’ll take on a senior-level role that combines precision craftsmanship with problem-solving leadership. You’ll help bring equipment to life—assembling complex mechanical and electrical components to exact specifications while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components with precision, following close tolerances and exact specifications

  • Perform assigned remanufacturing operations including disassembly, minor repairs, sorting, cleaning, and inspection of small dispensing units, industrial dish machines, or major subassemblies

  • Use fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to complete repetitive and complex assembly tasks accurately and efficiently

  • Follow process and specification sheets with consistency to ensure quality and compliance

  • Perform hydraulic and electrical checks to confirm equipment is functioning safely and reliably

  • Identify and resolve recurring technical issues using structured problem-solving tools and implement corrective actions

  • Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail

  • Communicate proactively about maintenance needs, quality concerns, or safety issues

  • Support the development of others by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and assisting with training

  • Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure quality standards are met

  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment through continuous improvement and teamwork

Position Details: 

  • Location: Roscoe, IL.

  • Work Week & Shift:  Monday -Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm with overtime on Fridays

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of previous panel building experience

  • Experience using hand and power tools

  • Immigration Sponsorship not available for this position

Physical Requirements of Position:

  • Lifting/carrying 50lbs

  • Standing upwards of 10 hours

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $35.12. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
