Make a difference as a Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer at All World Machinery Supply, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of the Arrow Workholding machining department. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed electronic process plans (routers) and work orders for precision machined parts. Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes, you will determine the most efficient work methods within our ERP system, ensuring realistic scheduling that aligns with shop capacity.

You will effectively coordinate job priorities with CNC programming, manage schedules for machinists, and communicate with subcontractors as necessary. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T, will enable you to specify tooling and setup requirements accurately while estimating cycle times and establishing time standards. By supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with the Production Manager on capacity planning, you will contribute to optimizing workflow and troubleshooting machining challenges, ultimately driving profitability for the organization.
