Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team!

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for vendor management and employee expense reimbursements. They process all invoices for projects and agency operations and distribute payments to vendors, in addition to credit reconciliations for all accounts.

Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in general accounting practices and accounting software
- Knowledge of accounts and cost centers
- Understanding of compliance around accounts payable processes (W-9, 1099, etc.)
Â
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other financial obligations in accordance with company policies
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Setting up vendor accounts and maintaining up to date vendor information.
- Seek appropriate payment approvals in accordance with company policies
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Vendor management such as Credit Applications, filing 1099, and authorization for use of agency accounts at retail locations
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Research and reissue out of date checks for all unclaimed property
- Work collaboratively with Contracts Manager to identify vendors requiring a Business Associate Agreement.
- Other duties as assigned
