HVAC Service Technician (2+ Years Experience)

Mahalo Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE)
Location: Roseburg, OR
Schedule: Full-Time 

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate repair options clearly.
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain a clean company vehicle.
• Respond to after-hours emergency service calls during scheduled on-call rotations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to      participate in an after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation.
