EMR, located in Rosedale, MD, seeks a Fleet Coordinator. Responsible for managing day-to-day fleet operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. Oversees vehicle acquisition, inventory, maintenance, and documentation for all leased and owned assets. Ensures compliance with DOT and company safety standards across all fleet activities. Manages auto accident reporting, claims processing, and resolution from start to finish. Administers safe driving and accident reduction programs, including driver records and training coordination. Tracks and maintains all fleet-related systems, including vehicle data, driver assignments, and essential documentation. Evaluates vehicle performance and leasing options to support cost-effective decision-making. Monitors safety issues, recalls, and GPS alerts to proactively address risks. The qualified candidate will be well organized, attention to detail, data driven, manage multiple competing tasks, with an ability to analyze with a solution based mindset.
