About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roselle, IL. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt sales and service support for internal and external customers. The Customer Service representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while proactively monitoring customer orders and expediting orders when necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain effective communication while following all defined procedures and work instructions to properly process customers' quotes and orders.

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors including but not limited to, the individuals qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience in inside sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate efforts and act as liaison between customers and the company to achieve effective delivery of our company's products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support continuous improvement and quality objectives.
