HYDRAULIC REPAIR MECHANIC

Job Summary:
As a Hydraulic Repair Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of hydraulic equipment and machinery. Your expertise will ensure that our products function optimally and meeting customer satisfaction.

Duties:
– Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses. Knowledge of tools,  parts, and equipment. – Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment issues – Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components – Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns – Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvement opportunities – Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed – Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and spare parts – Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment – Interact with clients to understand their hydraulic system needs – Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement – Some local travel to support service calls

Experience:
– Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic Technician or similar role – Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment – Ability to read technical manuals, schematics and blueprints – Excellent problem-solving skills – Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship – Welding experience a plus

Skills:
– Strong technical aptitude – Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities – Effective communication skills – Ability to work independently or as part of a team – Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
