What You’ll Do

Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
Follow recipes, plating standards, and chef direction
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
Assist with prep, stocking, and proper food storage
Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow cooks to support smooth service

What We’re Looking For

Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety
