KEY RESPONSBILTIESÂ
Â
- Support a large-scale SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative.
- Coordinate data migration, testing, validation activities, and defect resolution across multiple implementation cycles.
- Serve as a key gatekeeper prior to production deployment, ensuring accuracy and issue resolution.
- Partner with global teams, corporate stakeholders, and external SAP implementation partners.
- Support end-user training and adoption efforts to ensure successful transition from current-state processes to future-state capabilities.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple go-lives and significant project dependencies

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, Costing background is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Management Accounting is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
