Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

Location: Rosemont, IL

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supports Merchandisers throughout the product development process, from concept through market introduction. 
  • Assists with line building and merchandising of assigned product categories to support brand and business objectives. 
  • Develops merchandising presentations for Sales teams and licensors. 
  • Coordinates communication between Design and Sales teams to ensure alignment on product needs and timelines. 
  • Communicates regularly with overseas factories regarding sample requests, pricing, and follow-up to help ensure on-time delivery in accordance with the development calendar. 
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in the Product Lifestyle Management (PLM) system. 
  • Supports Merchandisers and Designers in the setup and maintenance of product showrooms. 
  • Analyzes retail sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and support merchandising decisions. 
  • Completes assigned tasks within established deadlines and provides day-to-day support to the merchandise manager. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education/License Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent degree/experience

General Experience Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in merchandising of consumer products, design, or product development; can include internships

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities (e.g. software proficiency, language, project management):

  • Basic computer skills 
  • Computer literate; working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, a plus
  • Experience with AI is a plus

Working Conditions/Physical Demands (e.g. lifting 50 lbs., travel requirements):

  • Potential travel involved (less than 10%) 
  • Must be able to receive, lift, open, and unpack boxes containing product samples
