Position Responsibilities: 

  • Managing visitor interactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance and security protocols
  • Greet and welcome all guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required
  • Promptly notify internal personnel of guest arrivals at reception
  • Ensure adherence to company security and compliance standards at all times
  • Provide basic administrative assistance as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of administrative-type experience
