Responsibilities: 

o   Create and maintain employees’ files

o   Prepare Termination process

·       Vendors

o   Sign-up with vendors

o   Place part orders

o   Follow up on part orders

·       Inventory

o   Office and vans inventory management

·       
Accounts Receivable

o   Process payments

o   Follow up on overdue invoices

·        Accounts Payable

o   Pay bills on time

·       Payroll

o   Creating and sending timesheets

o   Submitting timesheets to payroll portal

·       Accounting

o   Bookkeeping

o   Presenting tax returns

o   Presenting sales tax payments

·       Cash Flow

o   Keeping track and managing cash flow

·       Insurance

o   Keeping track of insurance

o   Requesting certificates of insurance

·       Dispatch

o   Arranging techs schedule

o   Adding jobs to schedule

·       Customer Service

o   Communication with customers
