Pulmonary Medicine Associates (PMA) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic outpatient Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine team in our Roseville clinic. As an Outpatient APP in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, you will:
- Under the general Supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough
- Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia.
- Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologists
- Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists
- Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Active state license and national board certification
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- ACLS Required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
