Job Title: Branch Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $70,000 – $125,000 annually (good-faith estimate upon hire)

Additional Compensation:

  • This position includes eligibility for quarterly incentives and employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.

Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Oak Valley Community Bank also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer match, paid time off, and other voluntary benefits. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the finance/banking and insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Currently working in banking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience business development solutions and financial technology.

The required skills for this role include strong leadership abilities, which will be utilized to inspire and guide the branch team towards achieving their goals. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met.
