We’re hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and teams while keeping projects on time, on budget, and compliant with all regulations.
Key Points:
- Lead and coordinate full construction projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and site oversight
- Manage budgets, subcontractors, and change orders while working closely with clients, architects, and engineers
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes and contracts
- Handle multiple projects, solve problems quickly, and keep strong communication with all stakeholders
- Strong organization, leadership, and software skills (Procore, MS Office) required; construction management experience and a relevant degree preferred
