Sonic Summary

The position entails maintaining knowledge of kitchen operations, including food purchasing, preparation, and quality standards.
The candidate will oversee sanitation, cleanliness, training of new employees, and supervise the entire kitchen staff.
Familiarity with cooking techniques, line cooking, plate presentation, and portion and cost control is required.
The ideal candidate should be organized, enjoy managing people, have at least two years of experience in an industrial kitchen, and possess a ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
