QualificationsÂ
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA requiredÂ
- Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting requiredÂ
- Passionate about working with childrenÂ
- Reliable and punctualÂ
- Creative and enthusiastic, willing to present and implement ideas in the classroomÂ
- Patient, positive demeanorÂ
- Great communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
- Authorization to work in the US requiredÂ
- Must be able to pass Minnesota background studyÂ
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate the care of children in terms of their well-being, safety, and hygiene.Â
About Our SchoolÂ
The Goddard School of Roseville is a new school in the Goddard Schools franchise and uses Goddard’s proprietary Wonder of Learning curriculum to deliver great education to children from six weeks to six years old. This pre-built curriculum is customizable so individual teachers and classrooms can follow the interests of children and see where they lead. We have a small community of quality teachers and leadership staff, brand new classrooms and materials, and lots of plans for our future growth.
