Pharmacist- Lead

Tareen Dermatology is seeking a licensed Pharmacist- Dispensary Lead to lead daily dispensary operations across our clinic locations. This role blends hands-on pharmacy practice with people leadership, operational oversight, and collaboration with clinical and administrative leaders. The ideal candidate is a pharmacist who enjoys mentoring teams, improving workflows, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support dispensary staff, including scheduling, training, and day-to-day workflow oversight
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Provide hands-on pharmacy coverage, including prescription verification, dispensing, insurance processing, and patient counseling
• Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and loss prevention
• Partner with the Dispensary Director on staffing, performance management, and process improvements
• Support new initiatives, systems, and clinic expansions as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist license
• PharmD required
• 2+ years of pharmacy experience (clinical, retail, or specialty pharmacy)
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
• Patient-focused mindset with attention to detail and quality

Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Approximately 32-32 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Hours: Daytime clinic hours; no evenings, weekends, or holidays required
• Location: Twin Cities Metro (travel between clinic locations as needed)

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $60 per hour
