Delta Workforce is hiring a Construction Project Engineer for a General Contractor in Roseville!
Summary:
Support the successful execution of commercial construction projects by coordinating documentation, subcontractors, schedules, and project communications while assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent from project startup through closeout.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, and closeout materials.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to track schedules, procurement, deliverables, and project progress.
- Assist with change orders, pay applications, cost tracking, and maintaining project logs and budgets.
- Support field operations by conducting jobsite visits, coordinating inspections, tracking punch lists, and helping resolve project issues.
- Attend project meetings, communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and compliant with contract requirements.
