Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1-year work experience (previous experience managing projects and deadlines preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred experience). Experience using MS office programs (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.). Eager to learn and grow with a team first focus. Basic knowledge of PVF (Pipe, valve and fitting products). Key Responsibilities include: Tracking and managing project schedules and deadlines. Communicating with team members and stakeholders. Holding team accountable to ensure project goals are met. He/She will also assist in logistics management, order entry, documentation, and customer/vendor relations.
