This role is crucial in supporting the company's mission to deliver high-quality grain and seed products to the market, contributing to the agricultural supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor seed conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. - Inspect and test seeds for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company specifications. - Document and report operational data, including production metrics and equipment performance. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement best practices in seed conditioning operations. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. - Assist in inventory management, including tracking seed quantities and coordinating with logistics for timely distribution. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in seed conditioning.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent.
