What You'll Be Doing
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to support safe and reliable operations.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical systems and components.
Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with operations teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures and company standards.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and tools.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the capability to work independently when needed.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all company employment requirements.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Starting Pay $28.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
