What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.

  • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities.

  • Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures.

  • Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.

  • Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures.

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear.

  • Ability to safely perform job duties in varying weather conditions and industrial environments with exposure to dust, vibration, and elevated noise levels.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
