Occupational Therapy Assistant – Lead Therapist – Full Time


Healthcare Therapy Services [HTS] is now hiring an Occupational Therapist Assistant [OTA] to lead our therapy team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community in Rossville, Indiana. The OTA in this position will treat patients for a majority of hours while also performing Lead Therapist responsibilities such as attending facility and team meetings, following up on therapy referrals, planning minutes and reporting any issues to Regional Director.
 

This CCRC provides rehab services to full care, assisted living and independent living populations. Therapy has a training kitchen, matte table, parallel bars, free weights, ACP technology. Private outpatient parking, entrance and waiting area.

The OTA in this position may pick up supplemental hours at a CCRC offering continuing care and independent and assisted living. Located in Frankfort, IN, drive time and mileage is compensated for travel between buildings, which are within 15 miles/20 minutes of each other.


Position Details:

· This is a full-time position at 30 – 40 hours per week, including any drive time between buildings.

· Competitive hourly rate and compensation package.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
