Available Schedules

Mon-Thurs, 5A-3:30P (OT as needed) 

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material.
  • Set up, calibrate, and align roll mills according to production specs
  • Operate roll mill machinery with accuracy and consistency
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production
  • Perform routine maintenance using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Maintain quality control through inspections and documentation
  • Support fabrication work, including welding, tooling setup, and parts fabrication
  • Record setup steps, adjustments, and operational data for traceability

Qualifications

  • Proficient use of hand and power tools
  • Mechanical background (i.e. small engine repair)
  • Experience using calipers
  • Experience running manufacturing machinery (i.e. Roll Mill, Press Machine, etc.)
  • Good hand and eye coordination
  • Must be able to maintain steady pace throughout the day
  • Must be able to meet production standards
  • Must have flexibility in work schedule
  • Must be able to meet attendance standards
  • Ability to follow written work instructions.
  • Must be capable of using various measuring devices as necessary for verifying dimensions, hole locations, etc. of parts.

Position Requirements

Standing, walking; repetitive movement; bending or twisting; exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; meeting strict deadlines; responsibility for the health and safety of others and wearing of protective or safety equipment. Must be able to pass background and drug screen. Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eye wear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance, wearing hearing protection. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds & push up to 300 pounds



5AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday with Overtime, as needed
