Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - Roswell, GA 30076Position Type: Full Time Collaborate with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes. Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff both virtually and in-person as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Attend scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area). Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development. Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred. Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed. Background in special education or a related field is a plus. Strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
