About the role
We’re on the hunt for a Chat Prompt Engineer to craft the magic behind human–AI conversations. In this role, you’ll design, refine, and test prompts that unlock intelligent, witty, and context-aware responses from our AI systems. You’ll collaborate with product managers, researchers, and designers to bridge the gap between technical power and human-friendly interaction. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a knack for “thinking like both a human and a robot” are essential.
This is a hands-on role with big impact. You’ll shape the look and feel of how candidates and clients interact with our platform, helping to simplify complex flows and make cutting-edge AI approachable. You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate across functions with engineers, marketers, and researchers.
