We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our Fleet & Delivery Team to support the efficient management of our fleet assets and programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our fleet management partners and cross-functional teams to oversee asset procurement, licensing and registration compliance, and fleet maintenance programs, while ensuring operational effectiveness and supporting the success of our delivery business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the asset database for 3,000+ vehicles and equipment fleet across 350+ branch locations
• Manage the annual registration and renewal process for our current fleet via oversight of our 3^rdparty vendor, including integrating all new acquisitions
• Manage vehicle maintenance programs and processes for our current fleet via our company Fleet Management Information System (FMIS)
• Lead onboarding and adoption of fleet R&M software by training users, promoting best practices, and driving consistent execution across the organization
• Serve as the primary resource for field associates and drivers regarding fleet-related inquiries and support needs, including procurement, registrations, maintenance, and DOT compliance
• Independently execute project assignments focused on enhancing customer value and improving fleet asset visibility
• Participate as an active member of the management team in long and short term asset planning to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Analyze fleet capacity and utilization trends to align assets with operational demand and support business needs
• Partner with stakeholders to assess operational requirements and determine optimal vehicle and equipment specs
• Support additional responsibilities including due diligence process for new acquisitions, capital ordering, and equipment tracking
• •  

• 4-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in fleet management and/or asset management.
• Familiarity with Holman Fleet Management, Fleetio, and other Fleet Management Programs
• Advanced skills in Excel and the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Some general knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• A track record of providing superior customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Proven ability to communicate across multiple levels within an organization.
