We are seeking a qualified Paraplanner candidate to join our Roswell, GA office to serve in a role that supports our Financial Advisors and learns from existing team members to serve in a role that includes Planning & Analysis and Client Engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
· Prepare for client meetings including agendas, net worths, and retirement plans.
· Attend client meetings, capture notes, engage with our clients, and support the advisors.
· Implement post-meeting activities, enter notes in our CRM, prepare a client recap, enter follow-up tasks in our CRM.
· Assist with various planning-oriented projects for the benefit of our clients and our firm.
· Effectively support office operations and execute tasks in a kind, client-focused manner.
· Produce, complete and track all paperwork associated with advisory accounts from initial account set-up through completion and transfer of assets, as well as client meetings and ongoing service.
· Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day tasks providing all services in accordance with company and vendor policies and best practices.
· Answer and address incoming client service requests (phone/email) regarding their accounts including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers and rollovers.
· Provide updates and confirm final completion of all client service requests, then update and finalize notes and tasks in our CRM system and place completed work in client files.
· Assist with client events, office management, and other projects to help the office.
· Discuss client situations with the Financial Advisors and keep them appraised of any issues or concerns.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Skilled professional communications both verbally and written
· Detailed, self-driven problem solver, who is focused on accuracy
· Team player who does things the right way
· Natural interest in and a desire for helping people of all generations
· Compensation will be commensurate with your work experience at a Registered Investment Advisory firm or Broker-Dealer
· Familiarity of Charles Schwab’s processes is a plus
· Experience with industry software applications is a plus
