Responsibilities will Include

  • Manage and optimize the daily, weekly, and future schedules to ensure maximum productivity
  • Monitor schedules continuously and fill openings created by cancellations or changes in real time
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Collect and verify accurate new patient information, ensuring all required details are complete prior to appointments
  • Follow up on referrals and pending new patient leads in a timely manner to support practice growth
  • Identify gaps in the schedule and take initiative to fill them using available tools and patient lists
  • Maintain a balance of procedures to support clinical efficiency and provider productivity
  • Communicate clearly with patients regarding scheduling needs, changes, and expectations
  • Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they impact operations
  • Track and follow office scheduling protocols, systems, and performance expectations
  • Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of ortho/dental front office experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
