Night (United States of America)Wellstar Health System is the largest health system in Georgia, providing care through a network of 11 hospitals, over 250 outpatient locations, and a wide range of specialized services. Our hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by highly trained critical care teams, providing expert care in areas such as intensive care, trauma, neurology, cardiology, and respiratory support. With Wellstar’s comprehensive network, patients have access to top-tier care, wherever they are in Georgia.
Wellstar Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Critical Care team. This is a night-shift position (7 PM to 7 AM) operating on a convenient 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule at Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center in Roswell, GA.
- 100% Critical Care opening
- 7 on/7 off night – shift position
- Shift hours: 7 PM to 7 AM

Requirements:
- Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant
- Experience preferred
- Active or eligible for a GA State Medical License

As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting histories and physicals, preparing daily progress notes, and completing discharge summaries.
Additional duties involve interpreting diagnostic imaging, formulating care plans, writing orders, and performing procedures such as central and arterial line placements. Effective communication with patients and families to ensure understanding and support is also a vital part of this role.
