About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Bellini Osteria Toscana as a Pizza Maker Line Cook! This exciting role allows you to showcase your culinary skills while creating authentic Italian pizzas that delight our customers in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to deliver consistent dishes.
- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a pizza-making or line cook role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
