Description:
We are seeking a licensed Master Electrician to oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for our clients. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in the electrical trade, strong leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation of standby generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS)
- Ensure all electrical work complies with National Electric Code (NEC) and state/local regulations
- Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices on the job site
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all work is performed according to company safety policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and job records
Requirements:
- Valid Master Electrician License in the state of GA
- Proven experience as a Master Electrician or similar electrical role
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, wiring methods, and generator installation
- Ability to train, manage, and lead other electricians and apprentices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including outdoors and confined spaces
