Based in Metro Atlanta, PGA TOUR Superstore is always looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individuals who love the game of golf and tennis who will share a passion for helping transform our business. Position Summary

As we strive to diversify the game of golf, we acknowledge that it starts with us. Our business is healthy, strong and continues to grow and so does our need to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent. As one of the brightest and most talented students you will gain firsthand knowledge of how to support a multi-million-dollar retail business, within your respective field of study (Marketing, Human Resources, Merchandising, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations). The PGA TOUR Superstore Summer Internship is a leadership program tailored to provide both personal and professional development through an 8-week rotation. We are looking for interns to help with our 7 initiatives for 2026:

  • Connected Customer Data
  •  Revamp STUDIO
  • Expand Pre-Owned
  • Launch Clienteling
  • Build 1:1 Personalization
  • Design Mobile App
  • Modernize Merch

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Matriculating at a college or university as a full-time student with a status of Junior or Senior with course study in the following fields:
    • Marketing
    • Human Resources
    • Business Technology
    • Merchandising
    • Business
  • Ability to work up to 35 hours a week (Monday – Friday) onsite.
  • A cumulative 3.0 GPA, strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to secure your own housing in Atlanta, GA.
  • All offers of employment will be conditioned on successful completion of a background check.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: 

  • This role is based in our vibrant, collaborative office in Roswell, GA. Availability to work   Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5 PM. Flexibility to work extended and varied hours as needed.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional.
