Job DetailsJob Location: Building 1 - Rothschild, WI 54474Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: 1st ShiftPosition Summary:  Wausau Tile is seeking a Dimensional Cell Associate for the Site Furnishing team. This role requires a reliable, hardworking individual who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and can work independently or within a team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic machinery operation.  Key Responsibilities:  Mold Preparation:  • Clean and prep fiberglass molds for Terra-Form products (benches, planters, waste containers, bollards).  • Install rebar, wire, and inserts according to product specifications.  • Assemble mold components using bolts, clamps, or vice grips.  • Use hoists or slings for larger mold parts as needed.  • Operate overhead cranes and mud hoppers for concrete transport.  • Use pneumatic vibrators to eliminate air bubbles and ensure compaction.  • Disassemble molds and safely move finished products to pallets.  • Repair imperfections with grout and perform sanding (manual and orbital) to meet finish requirements.  Physical Requirements:  Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and kneeling.  Frequent lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs.  Repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, shoulders, back, and knees.  Ability to climb stairs, ladders, or work at varying heights.  Wausau Tile is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an Affirmative Action Plan Employer.
