Job DetailsJob Location: Building 1 - Rothschild, WI 54474Position Overview:  Wausau Tile is looking for a detail-oriented and safety-minded individual to join the Grouting Team as a Grouting Associate. This role is responsible for patching and grouting Precast Terrazzo and Epoxy products using specialized concrete or epoxy-based materials (such as Cab-o-sil) to achieve smooth, defect-free surfaces. This position may support other production areas based on workload and staffing needs.    Key Responsibilities:  Transport cured terrazzo products to workstations using pallet jacks or walk-behind lifts.  Patch and grout holes or imperfections with appropriate materials to meet quality and finish standards.  Apply Cab-o-sil or epoxy-based fillers for detailed surface repairs.  Inspect and stage completed items for the next phase of production.  Perform quality checks and assist in other production areas as needed.  Tools & Equipment Used:  Hand tools: scrapers, chisels, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches  Pneumatic tools: grinders, palm sanders, vibrating tools  Lifting equipment: pallet jacks, walk-behind lifts, cranes, suction pads  Power tools: drills, impact drivers  Forklift (if certified or trained)      Wausau Tile is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an Affirmative Action Plan Employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.  Qualifications
