Product Receiver

Job DetailsJob Location: Building 3 - Rothschild, WI 54474Position Summary:  Wausau Tile is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Product Receiver to manage incoming shipments, verify deliveries, maintain inventory, and support warehouse operations. This role ensures materials are accurately received, organized, and delivered to the appropriate locations while maintaining efficient receiving processes.    Key Responsibilities:  Receive and process incoming deliveries by verifying products and quantities against purchase orders before accepting shipments.   Operate a forklift to unload deliveries, transport materials to designated drop zones, and assist with loading trucks and moving products throughout the facility.   Process purchase orders and receiving documentation in the XA system, including assigning the correct drop zone and maintaining organized records.   Monitor inventory of pallets, plywood, sound board, lumber, and other production materials, placing replenishment orders as needed.   Organize and coordinate pickups for return pallets, scrap materials, empty drums, and maintain an orderly recycling area.   Weigh aggregate deliveries using a forklift scale, label materials, deliver samples between buildings, and assist with other warehouse and yard duties as needed.     Physical Requirements:  Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating a forklift in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment.   Ability to work in varied weather conditions, safely handle materials, and maintain awareness in a fast-paced industrial setting.    To apply, notify your supervisor and submit an internal application to HR or call Allyson at Ext: 305.     Wausau Tile is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an Affirmative Action Plan Employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.  Qualifications
