Project Coordinator Duties:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing, tracking and facilitating day-to-day project activities for the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team. This role works closely with project leads, analysts and business stakeholders to ensure tasks move forward, timelines stay on track, and communication remains clear across teams.


Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, schedules and task assignments across multiple workstreams.
  • Oversee project requirements by defining and clarifying project details and ensuring action items are documented, assigned and followed through to completion.
  • Monitor progress against timelines; identify potential delays and escalate issues to project leadership.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, meeting notes and communication updates.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups or working sessions to keep teams aligned and informed.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners acting as a liaison to develop strong working relationships that support smooth project execution that maintains alignment with department and company goals.
  • Assemble data and organize information needed for project planning, prioritization and reporting.
  • Review and evaluate processes and procedures to facilitate continuous process improvements that enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, analytics or related field and minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination, business operations, analytics support or similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with productivity and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, or project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.) is preferred.聽
