T500 Operator - 3rd Shift

Job DetailsJob Location: Building 1 - Rothschild, WI 54474  Key Responsibilities:  Machine Programming:  Review production schedules and paperwork to understand product specifications and priorities.  Input measurements, dimensions, and data into the T500 machine via computer interface to begin grinding and polishing operations.  Coordinate with supervisors and project management to address any concerns or adjustments.  Machine Operation:  Load unground or unpolished products onto the T500 machine and adjust settings as required for each specific job.  Monitor the grinding and polishing process, adjusting machine settings to meet quality standards and customer specifications.  Material Handling:  Use overhead cranes, hoists, and pneumatic suction pads to move products after grinding/polishing.  Transport completed products to designated staging areas for further processing or shipping.  Maintenance and Support:  Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and in good working condition.  Keep the work area organized and clean, and perform restocking duties as necessary.  Perform additional support tasks such as sweeping, organizing tools, and assisting team members as needed.  Additional Tool Usage:  Occasionally use hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, scrapers, razor blades, drills, and drivers (both cordless and pneumatic).    Wausau Tile is an Equal Opportunity Employer and an Affirmative Action Plan Employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.  Qualifications
