Are you a hospitality pro with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team to excellence!

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Vibe: Coordinate and supervise daily operations across our restaurant, bar, tasting room, and banquets.
Elevate the Standards: Be a hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring five-star service and menu execution.
Event Mastermind: Plan, set up, and execute everything from live music nights and movie nights to high-end corporate functions and weddings.
Mentor & Grow: Train and inspire our F&B team, sharing your menu knowledge and passion for service.
Business Savvy: Assist with inventory, cost control, and creative marketing ideas to keep the department thriving.
Partner in Excellence: Work closely with the Sales team and Banquet Chef to ensure seamless communication and flawless events.

Your Utility Belt (Must-Haves!)

Availability: Must be fully flexible—days, nights, weekends, and holidays. We need you when we need you!
Basics: Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
Clearance: Must pass all pre-employment checks (drug test, background check, etc.).
Experience: Two years of related professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and practice.
Industry Insight: Current knowledge of both regional and national trends within the food and beverage industry.
Leadership: Demonstrated proficiency in supervising, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team to achieve peak performance.
