Commercial Construction Project Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager (5–7 years experience) to run commercial projects from pre-con through closeout. This role owns schedule, budget, and execution -- you must be comfortable driving the field as well as managing the project.

What You’ll Do

Run projects start to finish (buyout → closeout)
Manage subs, vendors, clients, and inspections
Control budget, schedule, and change orders
Be present in the field and keep jobs moving
Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

What You Bring

5–7 years commercial construction PM experience (required)
Buildertrend (or similar) experience (required)
Strong knowledge of construction methods + sequencing
OSHA 30 preferred
Able to manage multiple projects independently
