Front Desk Receptionist

Shady Acres Pet Ranch in Round Rock, TX is currently seeking to hire receptionists who have a desire to work and interact with pets in a fun, engaging work environment.

Located on 3 beautiful acres of Brushy Creek frontage, under the cool shade of 100 year old oak trees… This is a boarding facility unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer the phone and make appointments.
• Give tours
• Check in/out boarders, daycare, and grooms.
• Answer questions about fees and policies.
• Call Veterinary clinics for vaccination information.
• Call clients to remind them about appointments.
• Helping pet owners with their pets.
• Recording pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior
• Providing pets with TLC
• Housekeeping duties throughout the facility

Beginning pay is $15-$16 per hour depending on experience and energy brought to the workplace. This rate will be communicated along with other factors enhancing pay during the process.

This position is for approximately 25-30 hours per week. Multiple shift options are available.
