Job description:

Company Overview

Our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive ophthalmology services, specializing in cataract, cornea, glaucoma treatment and refractive surgery. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients through exceptional eye care and advanced medical technologies.

Applicants will be required to travel to our 3 main locations multiple times a week: Leander, Round Rock and Georgetown.

Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. Preferably bilingual in Spanish/English. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurately documented.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff as required.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements

  • Experience in a medical administrative role.
  • Ability to organize, recall and apply information provided to day-to-day scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong math competency.
