Goodkind Co. is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of client projects from kickoff through delivery. This is an entry-level/junior role within our Project Management and Account Management team, designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build their project management skills.

The Project Coordinator will help keep projects moving by coordinating communication, maintaining project timelines and documentation, tracking deliverables, and following up with internal teams. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D to ensure client commitments are clearly communicated and projects stay on track.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both people and processes and wants to develop a career in project management, account management, or client services within the beauty and personal care industry.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, account management, client services, operations, or a related field
    • Internship or relevant project-based experience will be considered
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency with common workplace tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with project management platforms is a plus
    • Project management certification or formal project management training is a plus, but not required
    • Experience in beauty, personal care, consumer products, manufacturing, or another product-based industry is preferred but not required
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means becoming a reliable partner to the Project Management team and a trusted resource for keeping projects organized and moving forward. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be someone who asks good questions, follows through on commitments, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of getting things done.

  • Support the coordination and execution of multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and accessible across teams
  • Maintain project timelines, trackers, and key dates to ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, take clear meeting notes, and track follow-up actions
  • Coordinate client requests and ensure questions are routed to the appropriate internal team for resolution
  • Identify potential delays, gaps, or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team member
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that make our project workflows more efficient and effective
  • Develop an understanding of Goodkind's product development and manufacturing processes and how cross-functional teams work together to deliver finished goods
What We're Looking For

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively and are energized by bringing structure to complex projects. You are curious, willing to learn, and comfortable communicating with different teams and personalities.

You may be early in your project management or client service career, but you have demonstrated that you can:

  • Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Follow through on commitments and proactively communicate when something is at risk
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Build positive working relationships across different teams
  • Pay close attention to details and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ask questions, learn quickly, and apply feedback
  • Take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Remain calm and solution-oriented when priorities change or issues arise
  • Competitive wages paid bi-weekly
  • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance
  • 15 Days PTO annually
  • 11 paid holidays annually
  • 401k with company match
